Our April Image of the Month features a Branch Retinal Artery Occlusion, photographed by Angela Clemmons of Retina Consultants of Texas. This striking angiographic image shows severe inferior hemiretinal nonperfusion from a branch retinal artery occlusion at the optic disc. There is evidence of retrograde filling of vessels in the temporal macula.
