Patient Care Team

At Retinal Consultants Medical Group, we have world-class retinal specialists, but we know that we must have a team-based approach with gifted and dedicated staff to provide truly exceptional care.

Our physicians serve patients at multiple locations, but each location has a dedicated team of trained clinical staff comprised of front desk/reception, ophthalmic technicians, photographers, and scribes, focused on caring for the patients in that office. The staff know our patients and they know their community.

Our business office takes a similar approach with teams specializing in key areas which allows us to provide consistent access and knowledge. In the event that you need to call to check the status of an authorization or of your account, the person answering the phone will be able to help you.

Our clinical research department has clinical trials coordinators who know their work intimately and provide the study participants with concierge-level service.

All of our employees are trained in caring for our patients including an understanding of the diseases unique to the retina and vitreous and the conditions related to them, understanding the individual requirements of the insurance carriers we are contracted with, and working with our physicians as a cohesive team focused to provide the highest level of care.
