We are participating providers for Medicare and Medi-Cal, and in-network providers for most insurance companies and health plans. If you don’t see your insurance or medical group on the list below, please contact our Business Office by calling (916) 454-6191 and we can confirm if we accept your plan. Once your appointment is scheduled, our Business Office will get any required authorizations for your appointment and expected testing or procedures. We also see patients who have no insurance. You can contact our Business Office for rates. Note that we have a fixed rate for new patients that includes the exam and the basic tests we typically perform for an initial retinal evaluation.
